Guwahati: The Nagaland Pavilion at the ongoing Mahakumbh Mela has emerged as one of the most popular attractions, drawing in lakhs of visitors from across the country. Organized by the Department of Tourism, Government of Nagaland, the stall showcases the rich cultural heritage, traditional crafts, and breathtaking natural beauty of the state.

The pavilion built by Nagaland Tourism under the initiative taken by the Nagaland Government is benefiting not only the people of Nagaland but also the people of the entire Northeast, who are reaching to take a holy dip in the Mahakumbh. A huge pavilion has been built in Sector 7 of Prayagraj by the Nagaland government, in which the art, culture, food, and tourism of the state, including Nagaland, have been depicted in a very beautiful and systematic manner. Not only this, the Nagaland government has taken a special initiative not only for its state but for the people of the entire Northeast and has built a huge residential cottage named "Dhansiri" in its pavilion premises, which has more than 50 luxury rooms.

In these, complete arrangements have been made for the stay of devotees coming not only from Nagaland but also from the North-Eastern states. Talking about the last 40 days, thousands of devotees from the North-East who have gone to take a holy dip at Mahakumbh Mela have stayed in "Dhansiri" Cottage, and the services being provided there are being highly appreciated.

At the request of the Nagaland government, Dhanshree Cottage has been managed by Anshul Goyal, Vishnu Dhoot, and Anil Bajaj, partners of the well-known Pentestra Event of Guwahati, which cannot be compared with a room in a five-star hotel. Because providing such a facility in the world's largest fair is a great achievement in itself.

Dhanshree Cottage is available on the basis of pre-booking, for which the fee has been kept as per the facility. Devotees coming from the North-East can stay there and avail themselves of the services. The Pavilion of Nagaland and "Dhansiri" Cottage have not only become the centre of attraction among the crores of devotees coming to the Mahakumbh. But everyone is also praising this arrangement made by the Nagaland government for the people of their region. The main objective of the Nagaland government and the tourism department behind this is to make the devotees coming from all over the country and abroad to attend the Maha Kumbh aware of the art and culture of this northeastern state.
