Assam: Tea laborers protest in Sonari

Tea laborers launched a protest in Borhat Tea Estate of Sonari to demand a solution to miscellaneous problems inflicting them. The agitated protestors raised demands for purified drinking water, proper drainage system etc. They have given a 15-day deadline to the estate management to solve this issues and have warned of armed struggle if they fail to do so.
