E-Rickshaw drivers on strike in Biswanath

12-hours E-Rickshaw Bandh in Biswanath paralyses normal life on Friday.

As per reports, the drivers of the E-Rickshaw alleged that despite payment of the taxes till March 2020, around 12 e-rickshaws were reportedly held by the District Transport Office for nonpayment of taxes.

Notably, around 517 e-rickshaws are being operating in Biswanath with proper order of permission, claimed the E-Rickshaw Sanstha in Biswanath.
