Assam news: Man looted in Biswanath district

A miscreant snatched Rs 1 lakh from one Kailash Deka in Biswanath when he was about to start his motorcycle after coming out from the bank. The miscreant dropped few notes near Deka's vehicle to attract his attention while he snatched the bag from him. Biswanath police is investigating the situation
