Assam Secretariat Sports and Cultural Organization observed Bishnu Rabha Divas

GUWAHATI: The Assam Secretariat Sports and Cultural Organization (ASSCO) observed Bishnu Rabha Divas at the Gana Sewa Bhawan, Assam Secretariat, on Saturday. The event beautifully blended cultural tributes to the 'Kalaguru' with the celebration of sportsmanship among secretariat employees.
