NEW DELHI: Indian athletes Ankit and Jayesh Patil face three-year bans after testing positive for meldonium, a prohibited substance known for enhancing endurance, as confirmed by the National Anti-Doping Agency.

Both athletes tested positive for the banned substance meldonium.
