IPL 2020 starts today, CSK to take on Mumbai Indians in the opening match

Mumbai: After a long haul, Indian Premier League (IPL) is all set to begin in United Arab Emirates (UAE) from today.

Just few hours to go for the opening match between CSK vs MI today at 7:30 pm.

The league was originally scheduled for March 29, but got pushed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Chennai Super Kings will face defending champions Mumbai Indians in the opening match of this season's IPL 2020.

This delayed edition of IPL 13, which will be played in Sheikh Zayed Stadium at Abu Dhabi would have no tickets to the match as the tournament is for a TV-only audience because of the ongoing pandemic.

Eight teams are participating in the IPL 2020 series that will see a total of 60 cricket matches. Star Sports is the official broadcaster for the IPL matches.Disney+ Hotstar is the official digital streaming partner for the tournament in India.
