Here are five standout uncapped players from IPL 2025 who made significant impacts during the season:

Prabhsimran Singh

Punjab Kings opener Prabhsimran Singh was the highest-scoring uncapped player of IPL 2025.

The keeper-batter accumulated 549 from 11 innings, at an impressive strike rate of 160.52. Prabhsimran’s fiery starts were vital in PBKS’s final run.

Priyansh Arya

Playing his debut IPL season, Priyansh Arya formed an effective opening partnership with Prabhsimran.

The left-handed batter tallied 475 runs from 17 innings, while going at a strike rate of 179.24.

Arya’s best knock of the season came against Chennai Super Kings, when he smashed a 39-ball hundred to set up a PBKS win.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi

After becoming the youngest player to play in IPL, Rajasthan Royals’ Vaibhav Suryavanshi went onto become the youngest centurion of the tournament, when he smashed a 35-ball hundred against Gujarat Titans.

The 14-year-old’s ton against GT is the second-fastest ever in IPL, only bettered by Chris Gayle.

From just seven innings in IPL 2025, Suryavanshi aggregated 252 runs at a fiery strike rate of 206.55.

Digvesh Rathi

Mystery spinner Digvesh Rathi was the find of the tournament for Lucknow Super Giants.

With 14 wickets, Rathi emerged as the highest wicket taker for LSG in IPL 2025.

The 25-year-old, who was constantly in the news for his aggressive celebrations and subsequent fines, gave away just 8.25 runs per over.

Ashwani Kumar

Mumbai Indians unearthed yet another young talent from IPL 2025 in the form of Ashwani Kumar.

The 23-year-old left-arm pacer impressed in the seven innings he bowled this season, scalping 11 wickets in total.

His best performance came on his IPL debut, when recorded figures of four for 24 against Kolkata Knight Riders.
