Assam fencing team named for Junior National Fencing Championship

GUWAHATI: Assam Fencing Association announced a 26-member squad for the Junior National Fencing Championship which will kick off tomorrow at Cuttack. Lalit Singh and Sumi Dutta will accompany the team as coaches.

The other members: Boys- Rajib Boro, Deepjyoti Mahato, Debraj Deka, Rahul Choudhury, Rohit Sahu, Dibyajyoti Bhattacharjee, Sivam Roy, L Singh, Inesh Singh, Lamangamba Metei, Jyotirmoy Rabha and Hereswar Basumatary.

Girls- Palmoni Borgohain, Debika Bora, Ismita Das, Sania, Korishmita Moran, Chayanika Gogoi, Sweety Das, Neha Rabha, Supriya Bora, Dish Kashyap, Himashree Moran and Tanmoyuri Changmai.
