Assam Inter-District Masters Athletic Championship Enters 3rd Day

KOKRAJHAR: The 30th Assam Inter-District Masters Athletic Championship 2024, being held at Kokrajhar SAI Stadium, entered the 3rd day today.

On the 3rd day of the championship, the final round of the 5 km walking, hammer throw, 400m and 1500m races and hurdle races for both men and women aged between 35 to 90 years of age were conducted. Many players of age above 50 years have been doing well and clinched medals in various events. The walking competition saw the highest number of participants in the track today.

The closing ceremony and prize distribution will be held tomorrow at 11am. Before the closing ceremony, there will be relay race competitions for both men and women tomorrow morning.
