Assam Police and DBI play out 1-1 draw in 70th Bordoloi Trophy Football Championship

GUWAHATI: Assam Police and DBI played out a 1-1 draw in the 70th Bordoloi Trophy Football Championship (Kamrup Metro leg) at the SAI Sports Complex in the city on Monday.

Assam Police took the lead in the 35th minute, with Pulak Baruah finding the net. They maintained their 1-0 advantage going into halftime.

However, DBI put consistent pressure on the Assam Police defense in the second half and eventually found the equalizer in the 68th minute through Klephas Ronghang.

Both teams settled for a point each as the match ended in a stalemate.
