Assam Rifles conducts Fit India Movement Cyclotron

BISWANATH CHARIALI: The Lokra-based 17th battalion of Assam Rifles organised a cyclotron keeping in view of 'Fit India Movement' with the theme 'fitness Ki Dose, Aadha Ghanta Roz' at Lokra today. It may be mentioned here that 'Fit India Movement' is a nation-wide campaign that aims at encouraging people to include physical activities and sports in their everyday lives. The cyclotron programme offered a platform for the people to know more about 'Fit India Movement' and the importance of fitness. The programme was flagged off by Major Ankit Kumar Sirohi.

Everyone expressed profound gratitude for undertaking such an initiative and appreciated the continuous efforts and commitments of Assam Rifles in reaching out to the local populace.
