Assam Storms into Junior Boys National Final

GUWAHATI: Assam booked their place in the final in the Junior Boys National Championship for B C Roy Trophy with a hard fought victory over Bihar in the semi final at Balaghat in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday. Assam won the tie by 2-1. Tilajit Doley opened the account in the 31st minute giving Assam an early edge. Pol Baruah doubled the lead four-minute in the second half. The final will be held on August 5 where Assam will face Uttar Pradesh.
