Guwahati: WRNE, DPS win in RP Barooah U-13 Cricket Tournament

GUWAHATI: WRNE and Delhi Public School (DPS) emerged victorious in their respective matches at the RP Barooah U-13 Inter School and Academy Cricket Tournament held at Don Bosco School on Tuesday.

In the opening match of the day, WRNE narrowly defeated Machkhowa CCC by just three runs in a thrilling contest. Pratap Kumar played a stellar knock of 77 (68 balls, 4X14) for Machkhowa CCC, while Neerav Jain was the standout performer for WRNE, claiming 3 wickets for 26 runs.

The second match of the day was a one-sided affair, with Delhi Public School registered dominating win over Shillong Cricket Academy by a huge margin of 143 runs. Suryajyoti Bhagawati starred with the bat for DPS, scoring 77 runs.
