Pride East Mavericks, United Chirangduar win in Guwahati Premier League Football

GUWAHATI: Pride East Mavericks defeated Numaligarh Refinery Limited 3-1 in the day’s opening game in the Guwahati Premier League Football at the Judges field here on Friday. While Jitu Ahmed scored twice, Amit Thakuria was the other scorers for the winners, Amon Sohish returned one at the dying stage of the game.

In the other game United Chirangduar FC beat Sports Authority of India by 2-0. Timothi Narzary and Kaushik Daimary scored in the game.
