Navajyoti Beat Green Valley In R G Baruah Super Division Football League

GUWAHATI: Navajyoti Club beat FC Green Valley 1-0 in the R G Baruah Super Division Football League at the Nehru Stadium here today. After the barren first half Navajyoti got the lone goal in the 51st minute when Jirjar Terong of Green Valley put the ball into his own net. Green Valley created several opportunities thereafter to return the goal but failed to capitalize a single one.

In the 'A' Division Football Rajbari Club got a walkover against SAI SC.

Tomorrow's match: ASEB SC vs Maharana AC (Super Division), Dynamo Club vs Metro SC (A Division).
