16th AP(IR) Battalion Bormonipur, Morigaon Invites Tender for Supply of Spare Motor Parts and Repairing Work

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tender affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and twenty five paisa) only (Non refundable) are invited from the registered contractors / Firms who are presently dealing with Spare Motor Parts and repairing works which will be received by the undersigned on or before 11.00 hours. on 14.07.2020 and will be opened on the same day at 12.00 hours. The tenderer or their representative may be present at the schedule time of opening the tenders if so desired. Intending tenderer should quote their rates for each item showing vehicle wise clearly. Rate quoted for spare parts should be genuine and excluding of all taxes. Rate once quoted will be final and be effective from the date of acceptance and will remain valid up to 31.03.2021.

The tender must be accompanied by Rs. 5000.00 (Rupees Five thousand) only as earnest money in the "DEMAND DRAFT OR HANK DRAFT" duly pledge in favour of the Commandant 16th AP(IR) Battalion Bormonipur, Morigaon, Assam.

Tenderer will have to furnish the following documents along with the tenders otherwise it will not be accepted.

1. Up to date clearance certificate of Income Tax.
2. Permanent Account Number (PAN).
3. Copy of registration of firm.
4. Tax Identification Number (TIN).
5. G.S.T. clearance certificate.
6. Current Bank account number of any SBI Branch.
7. Police Hqr. Registration Certificate.

The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rates and reserve all the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

The selected tenderer will have to supply the required spare motor parts to this office at his own cost and the repairing works of the vehicles, have to be done as per direction issued from the undersigned within the stipulated time and when required.

The successful tenderer must be in a position to supply the spare motor parts at short notice and to complete the repairing works etc. within the time limited as required by the department.

The article supplied should be of best and standard qualities of established firm, which should be specified in their respective tenders.

The sealed cover containing tender should be superscribed as 'TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF SPARE MOTOR PARTS AND REPAIRING WORKS FOR THE YEAR 2020-2021.
