DC, Darrang Invites Tender for Supply of Different Items

QUOTATION NOTICE

Sealed quotation affixing Court fee Stamp worth Rs.8.25 (Eight Rupees & Paisa Twenty Five) Only hereby invited from the intending Firm/Supplier/Farmers having up-to-date GST Registration Certificate. PAN etc, for supply of following items for the Financial year 2020-21 The quotation will be received up to 2.30 PM of 06.07.2020 and opened on 06.07.2020 at 3.00 PM in presence of quotationers or their representatives at Conference Hall, DC's Office, Darrang. Earnest money amounting to Rs.10,000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand) only will have to be deposited in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Darrang. Mangaldai by Bank Draft / Banker Cheque / Fixed Deposit /Demand Draft / CD along with the Quotation. The sealed Quotation Box will be kept In front of office chamber of ADC (DM). Darrang.

Terms & Conditions

1. The quotationers are restricted for supply of items in the event of probable flood during the forthcoming Monsoon season only.
2. The concerned Firm/Supplier/Farmers have to submit rate including transportation cost
3. Weight Bridge report has to be submitted along with the bills for the cattle feed items.
4. No Labour charge for loading/unloading of items will be provided.
5. The concerned bidders have to keep sufficient stock.
6. The items have to be delivered at respective Relief Camps/ Distribution Points.
7. The quality of the items has to be good, if any discrepancy found in the quality of item, appropriate action will be taken against the concerned farmer as per procedures. The items has to be delivered promptly by the farmers in the time of need.
8. This office gives no assurance to the L-1 bidder to award the work at his quoted rate, if it observed that the L-1 rate is on the higher side, the rate may be negotiated with L-1 bidder at rate deemed appropriate in consultation with the purchase committee members.
9. The Deputy Commissioner. Darrang, Mangaldai, reserves the right to accept or reject the rates without assigning any reason thereof. The payment will be made subject to availability of Fund.
