SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed Tender in single bid system affixing a non refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Eight Rupees & Twenty five) only are hereby invited from registered Govt. Supply /DeaIers/ Distributors /Firms for supply of Desktop PC (including UPS) Printers, Scanner etc for the O/o the Employment Exchange, Biswanath Chariali as per the Technical specification /Item Description mentioned below. The bids will be received in the office of the Employment Exchange, Biswanath Chariall upto 11 AM (IST) on 04/11/2020 and the same will be opened on the same day at 2 PM (IST) at O/o the Deputy Commissioner, Biswanath, payment will be made subject on Govt. sanction availability of terms and conditions of the tender documents.

Work name: Supply of (A) Desk Top PC (including UPS), A3 Printers, Scanner etc.

(B) Offlce Refurbishing Component etc. for Employment Exchange, Biswanath Chariali, under National Career Service Project (Mission Mode Project for Inter linking of Employment Exchange) for the financial year 2020-21.
