Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Udalguri invite tender for repairing, painting and oiling, etc. of ballot boxes

Quotation Notice

Quotations affixing Court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paise twenty five) only under sealed cover are invited from the interested registered firms for repairing, painting and oiling, etc. of Ballot Boxes in connection with BTCC Election, 2020 at Election Branch, D.C.'s Office, Udalguri, BTAD, Assam. The list of items are mentioned in Annexure-A (enclosed). The quotationer shall quote their rates inclusive of all Taxes and submit the quotations along with their up-to-date Tax Clearance Certificate.

The Firm should submit copies of trade license, PAN card, GST No. etc.

The quotations will be received by this office from 21/09/2020 to 28/09/2020 during office hours and will be opened on 28/09/2020 at 4-00 PM by the purchase committee in presence of the quotationers or their authorized representatives. However, the Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject a part or whole of quotations submitted by the firms without assigning any reasons thereof and not bound to accept the lowest quoted rate.
