Deputy Commissioner of Police (Admn), Guwahati invite tender for supply of miscellaneous articles

ANNUAL TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotations affixing non- refunoble court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only are invited from the intending registered Govt. Suppliers/Contractors/Firms and authorized dealers for supplying of "MISCELLANEOUS ARTICLES" for official use in the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Guwahati, Assam during the financial year 2020-21. The tender will be received by the undersigned on or before 07/10/2020 Up to 1400 Hrs nd will be opened on the same day at 1500 Hrs. in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representative who may like to be present. If the last date of receiving the tender falls on any holiday / bandh etc. the subsequent working day will treated as last date of receiving the tender.

The rate of the items should be mentioned clearly in both figure and words against each items along with quality and brand of the items. The taxes and other charges, if any, should be shown separately against each item as applicable.

Each tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) only pledged in favour of the Commissioner of Police, Guwahati, Assam in the form of NSC/KVP etc. The Earnest Money of the unsuccessful tender will be releasd after finalization of the contract. Earnest Money of the successful tender will stand as Security Deposit. The successful tenderer will have to deposit security money of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only by NSC/KVP duly pledged in favour of the Commissioner of Police, Guwahati, Assam, which will be released on the completion of the duration of supply.

Up- to date GST registration Certificate, GST clearance certificate, A.P.HQr. Registration Certificate, GMC Trade License, copy of the PAN card, Last two years audited Balance Sheet and Experience Certificate, if any, must be furnished along with tender, otherwise the quotation will be treated as cancelled.

The successful tenderer will have to supply the indented articles within three days from the date of receipt of the supply order from the undersigned. The supplier will have to replace the rejected articles immediately at his own cost.

The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest quotation and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof.

The tender should be superscribed Tender for supply of "MISCELLANEOUS ARTICLES" for the year 2020-21.
