Deputy Director of Fisheries, Silchar invite tender for auction of condemned Govt. vehicle

TENDER NOTICE

Sub:— Auction of condemned Govt. Vehicle—reg.

It is proposed to auction the following Eicher (Mini Bus) on "As is Where is basis"

2. Sealed quotations are invited for disposal of the aforesaid vehicle on the terms & conditions as detailed in enclosed annexure (ANNEXURE-I). Firms/Persons interested to buy the vehicle are required to submit their highest quotations in a sealed envelop in the prescribed proforma as annexed to this notice (ANNEXURE-II) addressed to the Dist. Fishery Dcv. Officer, Cachar, Silchar, Pard Road. (Opp. Indian Red Cross Society).

3. In case of any doubt, the Dist. Fishery Dev. Officer, Cachar, Silchar, Park Road may be contacted. Last date for submission of Tender is 25/09/2020 up to 2.00 Hrs and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 Hrs. Quotations received after the last date of time will not be entertained. The vehicle can be inspected from 10.00 Hrs. to 2.00 Hrs. on any working day in the office premises.

4. This office reserves the rights to reject any/all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
