Dhemaji Forest Officer, Dhemaji Invites Tender for Installation of Chainlink Fencing

NOTICE INVITING TENDER

In partial modification of the NIT forwarded for publication vide this Office letter No. FDMT. B/Biodiversity Park/CAM PA/2020/4062 dtd. 29-06-2020 and published in Amar Asom on dtd. 30-06-2020, Sealed tender affixing non refundable Court Fee stamps of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight & paise twenty five) only in prescribed Form available in the office of the undersigned are hereby invited from the intending Registered Contractors/Firms for execution of works as detailed below under CAMPA Scheme for the year 2020-21 under the following Terms and Conditions. The tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned in every working day up to 14-07-2020 (3.00 P.M.) and will be opened on the same date after 3PM (1ST).

SCHEDULE

Name of works : Installation of Chainlink Fencing under CAMPA Scheme during the year 2020-21.

2	Construction of heavy duty gate at the entrance as per specification design and estimate attached.	Rs 65,193/-	2% for General and 1% for SC/ST/OBC
	Total	Rs. 7,76,393/-

In the event of any untoward incidents if the office remain closed, the tenders will be received on the next working days and will be opened on the same day after 3.00P.M (1ST).

The details particulars of the works may be seen in the Office of the undersigned during office hours and tender papers including the detailed terms and condition may be obtained from the same office on payment of Rs. 105.00 on any working days upto 14-07-2020 (3.00 P.M.).
