Divisional Forest Officer, Guwahati Invites Tender for Construction of RCC Check Dam in Different Locations

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders affixing Court fee stamp Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only are invited from registered eligible Contractors/Firms for civil works under "CAMPA Scheme —"Soil Moisture Conservation" during 2020-21 to be executed in the Kamrup East Division, Basistha, Guwahati -29 as mentioned below:

The tenders will be received up till 3.00 PM (IST) on 22nd July, 2020 in the office of the undersigned and it will be opened on the same day by Tender Evaluation Committee at 3.30 PM (IST) in presence of the interested tenderers or their authorized representative.

The detailed estimate particulars of works may be seen and tender paper may also be obtained from the office of the undersigned on all working days up to 5.00 PM on payment of Rupees 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) only for each tender paper by Demand Draft of Bank in favour of DFO, Kamrup East Division.

The works to be completed within 90 (Ninety) days from the date of issue of the final order, the issue of work order is subject to release of fund by the Government of Assam/Competent Authority without thereby incurring any liabilities to the affected tenders or any obligation to inform the affected tenders of the grounds.

The undersigned and Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or cancelled any tender without assigning reasons thereof and does not bind to accept the lowest tenderer.
