Divisional Forest Officer, Nagaon for Purchases of the Timber Lots

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

1(a) Under the provisions of the Assam Sale of Forest Produces Coupes and Mahals Rules 1977 read with Assam Sale of Forest Produces Coupes and Mahals (Amendment) Rules 2000, sealed tenders in prescribed form affixing court fee stamps worth Rs. 8.25/- (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only, are hereby invited from the intending tenderers for purchases of the timber lots under Nagaon Division as mentioned in the detailed Sale Notice of the Division.

(b) The tender will be received from 04/08/2020 upto 3.00 PM (IST) on 27/08/2020, if the office does not function on the aforesaid date for any reasons then the tenders will be received upto 3.00 PM (IST) on the next working day.

(c) The tender will be opened immediately after the closure of the tender box unless for any special reason the undersigned notified the date of opening of the tender box in the office notice board.

(d) Detail of timber lots and other terms and conditions will be available in the sale notice dtd. 30/072020, which can be procured from the office of the undersigned before 27/08/2020, during office hours on all working days on payment of Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty) only, for each copy of Sale Notice and Rs. 5/- for tender form.

(e) The DFO, Nagaon Division shall have the authority to cancel the tender at any stage without any reasons thereof.
