Guwahati Municipal Corporation, Guwahati invite tender for resettlement of 12 parking places within GMC Area

RE-TENDER NOTICE

In Continuation to earlier Tender Notice No. GEF/84/2004/pt-IX/141 dated-31/08/2020 GEF/84/2004/pt-IX/137 dated 31/08/2020, GEF/84/2004/pt-IX/140 dated 31/08/2020 and as per minute of the meeting held on 15/09/2020, Sealed tenders in prescribed format are invited for resettlement of 12 parking places within Guwahati Municipal Corporation Area for the year 2020-21 (For 05 months w.e.f. 01-11-2020 to 31.03.2021). Tender documents can be purchased with a tender fee of Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only from the Office of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (Enforcement Branch) located at Nabin Chandra Bordoloi Hall, Panbazar. Tenders will be received up to 2:00 PM till 21/10/2020 at Head Office, Panbazar and will be opened at 11:00 AM on 22/10/2020 before the tenderer or their authorized representative.

Tender documents and details of respective estimated value of each parking place may be obtained from the Office of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (Enforcement Branch) located at Nabin Chandra Bordoloi Hall, Panbazar, Guwahati-l between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM from 14/10/2020 till 20/10/2020. The respective estimated value of each parking place can also be downloaded from the GMC website i.e. www.gmcportal.in or gmc.assam.gov.in.

It is further informed that the defaulters of the Parking slots for the financial year 2019- 20 will not be allowed to take part in the 2020-2021 Bids. Even if they submit tender the same will be rejected without scrutiny.
