Guwahati Municipal Corporation, Guwahati invites tender for settlement of 4 new city parking places

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders in prescribed format are invited for settlement of 4 (four) new city parking places within Guwahati Municipal Corporation Area for the year 2020-21 (For 07 months w.e.f. 01-09-2020 to 31.03.2021). Tender documents can be purchased with a tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only from the Office of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (Enforcement Branch) located at Nabin Chandra Bordoloi Hall, Panbazar. Tenders will be received upto 2:00 PM till 11.09.2020 at Head Office, Panbazar and will be opened at 11:00 AM on 15.09.2020 before the tenderer or their authorized representative.

Tender documents and details of respective estimated value of each parking place may be obtained from the Office of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (Enforcement Branch) located at Nabin Chandra Bordoloi Hall, Panbazar, Guwahati-I between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM from 02.09.2020 till 10.09.2020. The respective estimated value of each parking place can also be downloaded from the GMC website i.e. www.gmcportal.in or gmc.assam.gov.in.

It is further informed that the defaulters of the Parking slots for the financial year 2019-20 will not be allowed to take part in the 2020-2021 Bids. Even if they submit tender the same will be rejected without scrutiny.
