Guwahati Municipal Corporation, Guwahati issues re-tender notice for tender no GEF/84/2004/Pt-IX/86 dated- 28/05/2020

RE-TENDER NOTICE

In continuation to earlier Short Tender Notice No. GEF/84/2004/Pt-IX/86 dated- 28/05/2020 and as per minute of the meeting held on 30/07/2020, Sealed tenders in prescribed format are invited for resettlement of 27 parking places (including flyovers) within Guwahati Municipal Corporation Area for the year 2020-21 (For 07 months w.e.f. 01-09-2020 to 31.03.2021). Tenderers who had already participated in the 1st Tender process need not to participate again or in case they want to participate with higher rate they can participate. Tender documents can be purchased with a tender fee of Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only from the Office of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (Enforcement Branch) located at Nabin Chandra Bordoloi Hall, Panbazar. Tenders will be received upto 2:00 PM till 11.09.2020 at Head Office, Panbazar and will be opened at 11:00 AM on 15.09.2020 before the tenderer or their authorized representative.

Tender documents and details of respective estimated value of each parking place may be obtained from the Office of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (Enforcement Branch) located at Nabin Chandra Bordoloi Hall, Panbazar, Guwahati-1 between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM from 02.09.2020 till 10.09.2020. The respective estimated value of each parking place can also be downloaded from the GMC website i.e. www.gmcportal.in or gmc.assam.gov.in.

It is further informed that the defaulters of the Parking slots for the financial year 2019- 20 will not be allowed to take part in the 2020-2021 Bids. Even if they submit tender the same will be rejected without scrutiny.
