The Executive Engineer, Naharlagun Highway Division, PWD, AP, Nirjuli invites sealed Tender from the registered firm of Capital Complex, Itanagar for purchase of 7 (seven) numbers of condemned Vehicles with the details specification tabulated below:-

Terms and Conditioned:-

1. Tender form can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, Naharlagun Highway Division, PWD, AP, Nirjuli on all working days.

2. The tender form with quoted offer must be placed in a sealed cover/envelope and duly accompanied by the relevant earnest money.

3. The Earnest Money shall be deposit in favour of Executive Engineer, Naharlagun Highway Division, PWD, AP, Nirjuli in the form of Demand Draft valid for minimum of 30 days.

4. The highest bidders shall be selected and the highest bid, price of 7 nos of condemned vehicle shall not be less than the reserve price of Rs. 4,46,960/-

5. The Tenderers should furnish the following documents along with application form and required cost of tender documents for issue of tender documents to participate.

a) Trading licence.

b) Pan card and Aadhar Card.

6. Incomplete/ conditional tenders as well as tenders without Earnest shall be rejected.
