Pathsala Municipal Board, Pathsala Invites Tender for Different Work in Different Locations

NOTICE INVITING TENDER

The Executive Officer, Pathsala Municipal Board, invites sealed tenders in the prescribed form eventually to be drawn in PWD F-2 Form/Departmental form for the works in the given below with a validity period of 180 days affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only from Government Register Contractor of Class-II & III under APWD (Roads) for the year 2019-20 as applicable having past experience of executing work of similar nature and will be received by the undersigned upto 2.00 P.M. on 24/07/2020 and will be opened on the same date at 2.30 P.M. in presence of the intending tenders or their authorize agents. If the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the tenders, the tender will be received and opened at the same place and time on the next working day of the office.

Earnest money at the rate of 2% of the value of the work (1% for ST, SC, OBC and Unemployed Graduate Engineers) in the form of FD/Call Deposit will have to deposited along with each tender duly pledged to the Executive Officer, Pathsala Municipal Board, Pathsala. Tender submit without earnest money shall be summarily rejected.

The detailed tender papers may be obtained from office of the undersigned by the intending tenders on payment of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) only in the form of Bank Draft payable at Pathsala duly pledged to the Executive Officer, Pathsala Municipal Board, Pathsala for each tender which is non refundable during the office hours on 20/07/2020 to 22/07/2020 upto 2.00 P.M. No tender will be issued after the date.
