PHE, Nagaon Invites Tender for Installation of Tara Hand Pump and RCC Ring Well

SHORT TENDER NOTICE
N.I.T. NO. 2 OF 2020-21

Short Sealed tenders affixing non-refundable Court Fee stamp worth of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and paisa Twenty Five) only in prescribed forms purchased in Assam eventually to be drawn up in A.P.W.D. F-2/K-2 forms are hereby invited from registered and experienced contractors of class-II category of Nagaon (PHE) Circle, Nagaon and Class-III category of Nagaon (PHE) Division for Installation of different type of spot sources including construction of C.C. Platform , drain etc. under CM's Budget Announcement for the year 2019-20. The Tender will be received up to 2.00 P.M. on 24-07-2020 & opened in the same date & hour in presence of Contractor or their authorized agent who like to be present. If the date of tender falls on holiday for any reason the next working day will be the date of tender.

The detailed particulars may be seen in the office of the undersigned and detailed tender paper can be purchased on all working days during office hours from the office of the undersigned up to 23-07-2020, on payment of Rs. 50.00 (Rupees Fifty only) in the form of cross IPO duly pledged to the Executive Engineer (PHE), Nagaon Division, Nagaon.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the request for issue / accept of tender paper without assigning any reason thereof and is not bound to accept the lowest quoted Rate.

The Tenderers should be financially sound and must submit Photostat copy of Pan Card, up to date clearance labour license, GST, Registration No. along with Tender Papers, otherwise tender will not be entertained.
