PRESS NOTICE

Sealed Tenders affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only with a validity period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days for the following works are invited from the intending registered and appropriate PWD Electrical contractors having valid electrical contractor license. Tenders will be received by the undersigned in the office up to 2.00 PM on 31/08/2020 and will be opened at 2.30 PM on the same date in presence of tendering contractors and their authorized representatives. If the office remains closed on the same date for any reason then the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same hours. Details of NIT and the work can be seen in the office of the undersigned during office hours up to 25/08/2020.

• Date of receipt of Application along with up to date attested copies of contractor registration certificate, PAN card, labour license, GST registration and electrical contractor with supervisor licenses is 25/08/2020. Tender papers will be issued on the same day.
