PWD, Jorhat Invites Tender for Construction of 6-Bedded Hospital Building

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tender affixing Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Eight and paisa Twenty Five) only with a validity of 180 (One Hundred Eighty) days invited from the contractors registered under APWD (Bldg.) for the following work.

Earnest Money may be deposited in the form of TDR/FDR duly pledged in favour of the Executive Engineer, PWD, Jorhat Building Division, Jorhat payable at Jorhat.

1. Date of Receipt of application 12/06/2020 along with up-to-date attested copies GST/Pan Card, Registration Certificate, Labour License, EPF, Partnership deed/ Power of Attorney in case of Partnership farm duly attested by the Govt. Gazetted Officer else crossed IPO/Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Jorhat Building Division payable at Jorhat.
2. The Tender papers will be issued on 15/06/2020
3. The tender papers will be received upto 2.00 P.M. of 17/06/2020 and will be opened at 2.30 P.M. on same date. If for any reason the last date of received/opening of Tender are declared as holiday, Tender will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time as above. The tender of his authorized agent may remain present at the time of opening of Tender papers.
