GUWAHATI: Eighty people died of COVID-19 in Assam on Friday when as many as 6,760 New COVID-19 positive cases were detected. The positivity rate fell to 4.42 in the State during the day.

In Kamrup (M) 595 new cases were reported.

It was followed by

Cachar with 431 cases,

Dibrugarh with 418 cases,

Tinsukia with 386

Nagaon with 386 cases each
