AICC Names Senior Observers for Assam and Four Other Poll-Bound States

GUWAHATI: The All India Congress Committee (AICC) appointed Bhupesh Baghel, DK Shivakumar, and Bandhu Tirkey as senior observers for poll-bound Assam. The AICC also appointed senior observers for four other poll-bound states – Kerala, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry.
