GUWAHATI: Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma will leave for London on November 15 to talk to the authorities of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London to bring Srimanta Sankardev’s Vrindavani Vastra to Assam for a certain period so as to make people in the state see it.
