Assam Governor issued notification to set up the new Dihing Patkai Park in State

GUWAHATI: Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi has issued a notification to set up the new 'Dihing Patkai National Park' in the State. Further, the Deputy Commissioners of Tinsukia and Dibrugarh districts have been directed to determine the existence, nature and extent of rights of any person in or over the land comprised within the determined limits for constituting this National Park.
