Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal extend greetings on Kati Bihu

GUWAHATI: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today extended greetings to the people of the State on the occasion of Kati Bihu. In a statement, the Chief Minister said that the Kati Bihu festival would light up the lives of the people of the State, a press release said.
