GUWAHATI: External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and Ambassador of Japan to India Satoshi Suzuki arrived in the city on Sunday with a two-day long visit.
Both Dr Jaishankar and Suzuki will visit the historic Kamakhya temple on Monday morning. They will visit a water supply project site at Kharghuli. The External Affair Minister and Japan Ambassador will be present at a programme organized at the International Convention Centre of Srimanta SankardevKalakshetra, Panjabari here at 11 a.m on Monday. Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and Education Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma will also be present on the occasion.
