How to refer cases to Lok Adalats? Know Here

INFORMATION

Do you have any cases pending before a court? Do you have any disputes likely to be brought before a court? You can get such cases settled in the Lok Adalat.

However, Lok Adalat shall not settle any matter relating to an offence not compoundable under the law.

You can get cases that fulfil any of the three conditions referred to Lok Adalat – (i) If the parties agree to settle the dispute in Lok Adalat.

(ii) If one of the parties makes an application to the court.

(iii) If the court is satisfied that the matter is an appropriate one for settlement in Lok Adalat.

The Lok Adalat will have its next hearing on September 11, 2021.
