Ministry of Education, Department of Higher Education, Launched PM-YUVA 3.0

The Ministry of Education, Department of Higher Education, launched PM-YUVA 3.0 - Prime Minister's Scheme for Mentoring Young Authors, an author mentorship programme to train young and budding authors (below 30 years of age) in order to promote reading, writing and book culture in the country and project India and Indian writings globally, on March 11, 2025. Young and budding authors can submit their writings in 22 different Indian languages and English. The last date of submission is April 10, 2025, at https://innovateindia.mygov.in/yuva-2025/.

The Department of Higher Education will select 50 authors from the Indian diaspora for writing on nation building, 20 authors for writing on the Indian knowledge system, and 20 authors for writing on the makers of modern India from 1950 to 2025.
