Rajiv Kumar Bora appointed as new APSC Chairman

Guwahati: The State Government on Monday appointed retired IAS officer Rajiv Kumar Bora as the new Chairman of the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC).

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 316 of the Constitution of India and Assam Public Service Commission Regulation 1951 as amended by the Governor of Assam is pleased to appoint Rajiv Kumar Bora, IAS (retd) as Chairman of the Assam Public Service Commission with effect from the date of taking overcharge," said a government order issued on Monday .
