SC notice to Centre on plea to declare 'Talaq-e-Kinaya' & 'Talaq-e-Bain' unconstitutional

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Monday sought response from the Centre on a plea by a Muslim doctor to declare all forms of unilateral and extra-judicial talaq, including "Talaq-e-Kinaya and Talaq-e-Bain" as unconstitutional. (IANS)
