Tribal Artisans Showcase Products at Empanelment Mela in East Garo Hills

WILLIAMNAGAR: The Tribal Artisans Empanelment Mela (TAEM) was organized by the Tribal Cooperative Marketing Department Federation of India Limited (TRIFED) in collaboration with the district administration, prime start-up DCIC, MBDA, MBMA, and MSRLS at DRDA Hall-I, Williamnagar, on Monday, where various artisans from East Garo Hills showcased their products.

The mela was inaugurated by RN Sangma, ADC, and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Williamnagar Municipal Board. Nagendranath Jha, the Senior Manager of TRIFED, New Delhi, highlighted the schemes and activities under TRIFED. Aisowanma N. Sangma, DFS, IBCB, delivered the welcome address, while Sujib Mishra, DPM, MBMA, gave the vote of thanks, stated a press release.
