Abhayapuri South is the son of Late Upen Mondal. He is 45 years old and is a resident of Kabaitary Part-III, Jogighopain Bongaigaon.He is married to Nibedita Mondal who is a businesswoman by profession.

He is Class X (Matric) pass from Chalantapara Higher Secondary School in 1993.

Career and Political Life:

He is a businessman by profession. He is contesting as an Independent (IND) candidate in the AssamAssembly Election, 2021.
