Assam: 96 Cattle Recovered, Three Detained During Police Operation in Dhalpur

Guwahati: Acting on a tip-off, a team from Dhalpur Outpost intercepted two vehicles suspected of carrying cattle illegally. During the operation, police recovered 48 cattle from one vehicle and another 36 cattle from the second vehicle.

Three individuals were apprehended in connection with the incident, and further legal proceedings have been initiated.

Authorities said the investigation is underway to ascertain further details regarding the transportation and ownership of the cattle.
