Guwahati: Two habitual thieves arrested by police

GUWAHATI: A night patrol by a team from Basistha Police Station led to the arrest of two suspected veteran burglars at Balughat. Acting swiftly during routine patrolling, the police apprehended the duo and recovered a stolen water pump from their possession during a search. The accused were identified as Bapukan Ali, 26, a resident of Kamalpur, and Rasidul Hoque, 35, from Golokganj.
