Two youths stabbed in Geetanagar, Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Two youths were stabbed and seriously injured by another youth in the Geetanagar area of the city on Saturday night.

The injured have been identified as Chintumoni Kalita and Bhaskar Jyoti Deka. Both are undergoing treatment in a city hospital. Geeta Nagar Police arrested the accused — Nihar Aleman.

The Court of CJM (Chief Judicial Magistrate) remanded the accused to judicial custody.
