Arunachal Pradesh: 6 NSCN (IM) ultras killed in encounter with armed forces

Guwahati: Six insurgents were killed in a crossfire in the Khonsa area of Arunachal Pradesh around 4:30 am on Saturday , July 10.

As per sources, all the insurgents killed in the operation are likely to be from Naga militant outfit Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagalim (Isaak-Muivah). It has been reported that one Assam Rifles soldier was injured in the operation and he is being evacuated to the nearest military hospital.

The officials that six weapons along with war-like stores were recovered from the area.
