NAZIRA: A 15-day Bhaona and Khol instrument workshop, organized by the Nazira District Committee of Assam Scheduled Caste Council, Nazira Hangabadik Mancha, and Sudarshan Natya Gosthi, came to a successful conclusion at the Upper Nazira Kaiwarta Gaon Bar Naamghar recently.

Over 50 trainees, under the guidance of experienced instructors, participated in the workshop, which aimed to promote traditional art forms. The concluding ceremony was presided over by Mintu Chitrakar, President of the Nazira Hangabadik Mancha. Several dignitaries attended the event, praising the organizers for their efforts.

The programme featured cultural performances, including Sattriya dance by Sukanya Priyadarshini and Dasavatar dance by Kalpi Hazarika. After distributing certificates to the trainees, the workshop concluded on a successful note.
